The Penfield Masonic Temple is located at the intersection of Penfield Road (aka Route 441) and Five Mile Line Road in Penfield. The entrance to the Lodge is on Five Mile Line Road, near the northeast corner of the building.
Parking is available in the public parking lot north of the Lodge on Five Mile Line Road. On-street parking is available in front of the Lodge on Penfield Road (westbound side). Additional public parking is available behind the businesses across from the Lodge on the south side of Penfield Road.
